I have enjoyed all the life experiences being in the land development business along with the many frindships I made across the country as the National Sales Trainer and Regional VP for Bluegreen Corp., the largest acreage homesite developent company traded on the NYSE at that time. I also was an instructor for American College of Real Estate and a test proctor for TREC.

I have many blessings in my life, but the biggest blessings I have are my loving supportive wife and fourteen healthy wonderful grandchildren. God has blessed me in many ways.

I have many passions and enjoy what little free time I have being in this industry by fishing with my wife and grand children. I enjoy genealogy and travel. I also enjoy raising Angus Cattle and Quarter Horses and Draft Shires. I am also a licensed auctioneer and these days do mostly chairty auctions for the Houston Lovestock Rodeo, St Judes, Texas Honor Ride, Latino Learning Center, Texas Childrens Hospital, the Wounded Warrior Project, and others. I am life member of the NRA and am involved in legislative issues defending our Constitution. I am proud to be American, but more proud to be a Texan.

Ray Molton worked his way through college by working for Wayne Calvert Racing Engines (where he became the head machinist). He graduated from North Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts. While in college, he started his career in real estate by purchasing two homes and renting rooms out to fellow students. In 1990, he began his corporate career working for Circuit City as a grand opening manager for the Texas market. He wanted a career outdoors where he could enrich people’s lives, so over 20 years ago, he went back to school and became a real estate agent in Ruidoso, NM . While with Patten Corporation and Bluegreen Corporation he was one of the top 10 producers in the nation, year after year receiving many accolades and awards for excellence. While there developed a successful business plan to market Signorelli’s non-producing builder home sites. That successful business plan became the start of First American Homes. More recently, he was with Clayton Homes, where he quickly became a member of their Circle Club. During his time with Clayton Homes, he continued his real estate education and became a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist. In his real estate career, he has expert experience as both a buyers and a seller’s representative with over $25 million dollars in transactions ranging from $10,000 to $3,200,000.
